Heating and Cooling from Mother Earth
Through heat pump technology, and boreholes drilled to depths of 100-300 meters, the bedrock can be used for heating and cooling buildings and industries. During the winter, heat pumps increase collected ground energy to a usable temperature. In the summer, the cooled bedrock can be used for free cooling or to dump excess energy from the cooling system.

Geoenergy AS offers the following services:

• Turnkey Contracts
  Total responsibility for planning, designing and building complete energy plants, based on geoenergy systems. The contract include pre-studies, design, selection of subcontractors/suppliers, and quality control during the construction phase.
• Consultancy
  Feasibility services and large scale project development in cooperation with the client, enabling customized technical and financial solutions. A project delivered by Geoenergy AS is qualified for governmental grants.
• Technical operation and maintenance
  Geoenergi is also available to supervise the operation of completed plants. the building owners are guaranteed optimal operation and good documentation of savings and environmental dividends.
