Compower is developing a heating boiler that also produces electricity. These so called microCHP systems will be an important part of a future sustainable energy system at the same time as it will reduce cost of energy for users of the system.

Compower’s solution is based upon a unique and patented integration of turbine technology with a heating boiler. An important characteristic of the system is among other things its capability to use a very wide range of fuels, both fossil and renewable, such as biogas or biomass.
It can also be used in Solar Concentrator Power systems or be integrated with Fuel Cells.

Compower will manufacture and sell systems in the 1-20 kW power range by itself for the microCHP applications and will cover other applications, such as auxiliary power units, mobile generator systems and backup power, through partnerships with other companies..
The team behind Compower has a long industrial experience from Volvo and ABB.
